Northwell Health and Instacart are partnering to provide food and nutrition services to Northwell’s patients.


Northwell is leveraging Instacart's Health tools to address social determinants of health among its patients and support its ‘Food as Health’ programs.


By partnering with Instacart, Northwell's Center for MOMS is making it easier for moms-to-be to follow their provider’s expert nutrition advice to help reduce the risk of pregnancy-related complications and improve health outcomes.

Direct primary care company Vitable Health has raised $16 million in Series A funding, which it will use to expand into new markets.


Vitable works with small to medium-sized businesses that employ blue collar workers. Employers pay the company $30 on average per employee per month. Through Vitable’s app, employees and their dependents receive in-home and virtual primary care services, over 1,000 free prescriptions, common lab tests, mental health services and care navigation support.
